Double Room in Leyton

Hi,

I am looking for a flatmate to move into my two bedroom flat in Leyton and share the tenancy.

The flat is spacious, has a lovely roof terrace and two double rooms, about 10 minute walk from Leyton on the Central Line.

The area has plenty of cool pubs, restaurants and bars, perfect for a young professional looking to live in a fun and social area.

I am a 33 year old professional working in the city, pretty social with a big friendship group in the area. I'm easy to live with a like to keep the place tidy and clean. I'm usually in the office 3-4 days a week plus out most evenings at either the gym or swimming.
