I’d like to look for the right person to take over my tenancy!
The room is spacious and plenty of storage and natural lighting through your gorgeous personal porch! It’s a big double bed and I dance around in the room a lot.
The flat is closest to Walthamstow station (15 mins walk) and the overground line at Leyton Midland Road (8 mins walk) and is just off the high street opposite big Tesco and everything you could ever need - Walthamstow’s Hoe Street has the best of everything and I’ll miss it!
You’d be living with my lovely friend and I’m only moving for work!
Rent is 825£ and bills in the summer come up to 210£ per person, I would imagine probably £50-£100 more in the winter.
I’m currently outside of London and will be back on Monday to take some better photos of everything! Bear with me!
