Looking to sublet my single room in Leyton for three months! Girls only I’m afraid.
I am going away for three months and looking to sublet my lovely room. Rent is £450 a month, bills come to about 30 pounds a month – sometimes a bit more, sometimes a bit less. The room is a single with a single bed, plenty of space for clothes (a wardrobe and a chest of drawers), a beautiful fireplace and a desk.
You’ll be sharing the big kitchen and separate living room with three other girls. We are all quite independent and respectful and get along really well – the girls are all friendly.
The house is on a quiet street 10-minute walk away from Leyton station (Central line). There is a bus stop 1 minute away.
The room is available from 15th October to 15th January.
