Hello, my name is Victoria, I'm looking for someone to share our family home.

Large, bright, clean and sunny double room available in house in Leytonstone. White walls and floor, neutrally decorated.
Large bay window looking out onto the garden.

You will have your own large fridge/ freezer in the kitchen

Looking for someone who doesn't mind 2 kids being around a few days a week

We would like someone who is friendly and easy going, They can have full use of the kitchen and bathroom.
Happy to have any nationality!

Minimum stay: 3 months

Leytonstone is a great area to live in - being on the Central Line it's easy to get to most places in London. Lots of bars, coffee shops and restaurants, and things to do.
5- 10 minutes walk from Leytonstone tube (central line), Wanstead Flats and the forest are at the bottom of the road, nice, peaceful, tree lined street and very friendly area with lots going on. Very conveniently located for stops on the central line:
Tube to Oxford circus 30 mins
Tube to Liverpool St 20 mins
Tube to Stratford (Westfield) 10 mins

I'm looking for someone who doesn't work from home, as I do. Of course, the odd day is absolutely fine!

£840 is the rent and it includes all bills and council tax, so there is nothing additional to pay each month

Move in date can be somewhat flexible if necessary
