Hi, my name's Victoria, and I'm looking for someone to share our family home.

Large, bright, clean and sunny double room available in large Victorian house in Leytonstone. White walls and floor, neutrally decorated, tonnes of closet space
Also has a large bay window, overlooking the garden

We would like someone who is friendly and easy going, they can have full use of the kitchen and bathroom, and living room
Happy to have any nationality!

You have use of your own large fridge/ freezer in the kitchen

Looking for someone who doesn't mind 2 kids being around a few days a week

We also have a lovely, super friendly dog who loves cuddles and going on long walks

No couples, no pets, sorry

Minimum stay: 3 months

Leytonstone is a great area to live in - being on the Central Line it's easy to get to most places in London. Lots of bars, coffee shops and restaurants, and things to do.
5- 10 minutes walk from Leytonstone tube (central line), Wanstead Flats and the forest are at the bottom of the road. It's on a nice, peaceful, tree lined street and the area is very friendly, with lots going on. Very conveniently located for stops on the central line:
Tube to Oxford circus 30 mins
Tube to Liverpool St 20 mins
Tube to Stratford (Westfield) 10 mins

I'm looking for someone who doesn't work from home, as I do. Ideally someone in employment from 9-5 or thereabouts. No shift workers, sorry. Of course, the odd day is absolutely fine!

£850 is the rent which includes all bills including council tax

Move in date can be slightly flexible if necessary
