The flat is lovely and the street is very peaceful. (The room is faced to the backyard)
Located in Leytonstone, near Stratford, in East London.

Room:
- Good sized, furnished
- £280 per week, all included (bills, council tax, detergents, toilet papers)

Deposit:
Short term: 2 weeks of the rent.

* If you are interested in letting the room for a long term, you need to be on the contract. That requires a reference check.

Flat:
- Shared only with me.
- Shared living room with an open plan kitchen.
- 2 bedrooms in total.
- First floor.
- Very clean and newly refurbished.
- I have a shy cat called Merlin :)
- Double-glazed windows.
- Near Leytonstone station.

You:
- Non-smoker.
- Professional or working students.
- If you're a female and veggie, it would be a plus.
- You need to love cats :)

Me:
- I'm 37 years old female video producer.
- I'm a very clean and tidy person, vegan.
- I'd like to make a beautiful eco-friendly home.

Neighbourhood:
- It's a trendy area and I believe it will be an alternative area for Hackney soon. There are many nice cafes, pubs, amazing charity shops. Lots of events going on like "Leytonstone Loves Film" etc.
