Hello. Large double room in a clean and peaceful two bed house. The upstairs bathroom is a few feet from your bedroom. I'm the only other occupant.

Perfect for a professional who works in London during the week and returns home at weekends. You'd be able to leave your belongings in the room. It would suit someone who enjoys their privacy.

I'm very easy-going and always available to help.

There's no shared living room, as this is one of the spaces I work in.

This let is only for someone who works away from home Mon- Fri approx 9am-6pm. No work from home.

This is because I work from home Monday to Friday approx 9am-6pm, holding in-person meetings.

Transport:
• Short walk or bus ride to Leytonstone (Central Line)
• Easy access to City & West End
