I'm looking for a professional person to share my flat with.
The room is larger than a standard double room and comes fully furnished and new painted.
The bathroom has recently been refurbished and all bills are included in the rent.
Only myself leaving in the flat.
The rent is £210 per week plus one or 2 weeks rent in advance, depends how you want to pay weekly or every 2 weeks.
Also free parking is available.
I'm looking for a professional, decent, respectful and friendly person.
Central line is 10 min walk away and leyton midland road overground station is 6 min walk away.
W16 bus stop is right in front of the flat, Westfield Stratford shopping center is 10 min away by tube.
Also night buss are close to the flat N28 wich takes you straight to city central.
Tesco 24/7 is 15 min walk away plus other small shops few minutes away,2 gyms(pure gym/anytime fitness gym both 24/7)and a nice park where you can do your workout.
