This is a lovely two-bedroom flat with a garden and one double-bed room is available from 6th July.

The flat is located on a friendly residential street, just a 10-minute walk from Leytonstone Underground Station (Central Line) and Leytonstone High Road Overground Station. One of its highlights is the beautiful private garden at the back, which is a great space to relax and enjoy the outdoors.

Rent is £1,000 per month, plus a £30 monthly cleaning fee, and TV license if you need one.

A little about me: I’m a trainee art therapist and enjoy nature, yoga, hiking, dancing and travelling. I spend a lot of my weekends outdoors and appreciate a calm, friendly home environment. I’m easy-going, considerate, and free-spirited.

I’m vegan, so a vegetarian or vegan housemate would be preferred.
