We are looking for a friendly person to rent our spare room 1-4 days per week.
I split my time between working from home and studying. And my partner is a freelance cameraman.
In the evenings we enjoy cooking and watching telly. We like to socialise but are on the more chilled and quiet side.
The flat is on the ground floor of a modern block of flats and it backs on to a nice shared garden. It is a 5 minute walk from Leytonstone tube and Leytonstone High Road overground. Extremely convenient if you are working in the city.
It's a simple room with a double bed and a big wardrobe.
We are hoping to find someone who would be working out for work daily, due to the fact that I will be working from home during the day.
£650 pcm including bills.
