Ideally looking for someone that is working in London during the week and needs a place to stay Monday to Friday or is looking for a home on a short-term basis.

This is a lovely home so finding the right person to stay with us is important. We are both working professionals, clean, tidy and looking for the same. Like most people we are out at work most of the day but like to relax and have some down time when at home.

The room is a good size and there is a separate lounge, large open plan kitchen, bathroom and garden. Given the size and layout it means you don't feel like you are living on top of each other.

Excellently located 2 minute walk from Leytonstone Tube Stations this roomy property has everything you need.

Leytonstone is changing and there are many café, restaurants and nice pubs opening in the area and is becoming one of the 'next' places to live. It still feels like London but also has a residential feel.
