Double room in East London

Fantastic Room available in Leytonstone.

The double room is a great size with built in wardrobe space and a large bathroom next door.

There is a communal lounge and large open plan kitchen, 2 x bathrooms and a garden. Given the size and layout of the house, it means you don't feel like you are living on top of each other.

Perfectly located, 2 minute walk from Leytonstone Tube station (central line) and an 8 min walk to Leytonstone High Road station (overground) and great access to Stratford and Westfield shopping centre only 2 stops away on the central line.

We are a couple, both working professionals in Media and HR. We are clean, tidy and looking for the same. Like most people we are out at work a few days of the week working hybrid.

In the evenings, we cook and like to watch a bit of Netflix so pretty relaxed - the weekends out and about socialising.

As for the area, Leytonstone is up and coming and there are many café, restaurants and nice pubs in the area, with also a brand new M&S and Aldi store only 5min walk away. It still feels like London but also has a country feel.
