Sharing with part time quiet home owner and one other full time lodger. £1100pcm single occupancy. All bills, fast broadband and fortnightly cleaning included. Free off street resident's parking space by negotiation. Happy to overlap, catch up and share a meal or chat occasionally; otherwise fairly independent, full work and caring commitments outside the home, with occasional WFH days. Temporary, scheduled guests welcome, as long as all remain respectful and kind. No smoking anywhere near the property thanks, home owner is allergic. POC, LGBTQ+, and Spoony (chronic illness/disability) friendly but first floor via stairs only so not accessible :)
