Great room in beautiful Leytonstone home

Hello,

I'm Elanor. I live here with my husband Jez and my son Miles. It’s a large house with loads of space so we aren’t living on top of each other and we have a (really gorgeous) cat called Gracie. My daughter comes back from Uni in the holidays.

The house
The house is a 5 bed, 2 storey Victorian townhouse on a quiet, residential street, overlooking Epping Forest, it’s an amazing spot. It is modern, with original features, fireplaces and wood flooring. There are two toilets and two bathrooms. The kitchen has an island, and dishwasher and you have your own fridge and larder/utensil cupboard. There is also a big garden which is perfect in the summer.

The room itself has a double bed. All furniture and bedding in the photo is available.

The area
The house is a 10-15 minute walk from Leytonstone tube which is on the central line and gets you into central London in 25 mins. It is also a 2 minute walk to the 257 bus stop at the top of the street, taking you to Stratford or Walthamstow Victoria line.

There are lots of cute cafes, restaurants, pubs and bars in the area and it really has a community feel. The house is opposite Epping forest and 2 mins from Hollow Ponds with direct access to nature and all that has to offer. We are also close to the Olympic Park perfect for running/swimming as well as Wansted Park/Flats and and Hackney Wick.

We love the area!

Bills
The rent is £700 for the month and this includes everything (gas, water, electricity, council tax, internet) and also includes a cleaner who comes every other week.
