Beautiful Victorian 4 bed house in Leytonstone

I am looking for a lovely, reliable and trustworthy family to move into my 4 bed property in Leytonstone for at least 3 months, possibly more. It will be available from February.

The property is a terraced house in a quiet area of Leytonstone, overlooking Epping Forest and Wanstead Flats, with quick easy access into Central London and plenty of transport options such as the underground, overground, bus and cycle lanes. Shops are a mere 7-10 minute walk away on the high road, giving you perfect balance between action and a peaceful living environment.

There are four bedrooms, including a spacious front room and attic, a slightly smaller double bedroom suitable for a child, and a large two bedroom/study combo at the back of the house. This section is detached from neighbouring houses, so it’s even more quiet, and looks out over a leafy garden with a large tree, shed, and patio with outdoors furniture for the warmer months. Everything is fully furnished with everything you could need, plus plentiful storage space.

Two bathrooms are available, one upstairs and one downstairs. The downstairs one is more like a laundry room as it has a washing machine and dryer, but also a shower, sink and toilet. Upstairs is a shower over a bath. The living room is very spacious, an open plan two room job with sofas, table, egg chair, piano and TV area. Following off from the living room is a dining room and separate kitchen, divided by a chimney with features like Victorian fireplaces and floor tiles. There is even an old toilet shed in the garden, just to add to the quirkiness! Facing the garden, the kitchen is a nice space to prepare meals and you have a lot of light coming through - the dining room is useful for extra storage space or another hang out room/ Tv spot.
