LOCATION: Wanstead Flats - 15min walk away. Nice cafes, restaurants and shops a 15min walk away. 12min cycle to Victoria park. 8min cycle to Olympic Park.

HOUSEMATES: Sharing with an autistic 45yo non-binary person called Dylan (they) who works in medical publishing, is very sweet, quiet and has some chronic health stuff. They’re a great cook!

YOU: Quiet, kind and LGBT+ would be preferred.

PETS: Delilah is a saluki x greyhound 🐶 and Pumpkin is a cat.🐱 They are both very sweet and affectionate.

ACCESSIBILITY: ground floor, no steps to this floor, but entryway and hall are both too narrow for most wheelchairs. Two doors opened with keys to get access. Narrow stairs down to the basement if you need storage or freezer access (6 steps) - Dylan can help if you need. Two steps up to the garden. Benefits accepted.
