Lovely Double Room in Leytonstone🌟 Station nearby

The room

Got a lovely double room in Leytonstone, really close to the station (central line) so really great if you work or visit the city a lot.

The room itself is a great size with plenty of natural light. It’s spacious enough that I’ve even managed to live my dream of having a sofa in my room 😍 so there’s plenty of space to make it your own.

You’ll be sharing with two chilled professional guys who enjoy their own space but are always happy for a chat in the kitchen or a hangout in the living room. We also have a very friendly cat called Chino 😸 so you’ll need to be comfortable living with cats.

The area:
Leytonstone has loads of great restaurants, bars, cafés and pubs nearby. There are plenty of hidden gems around the neighbourhood, so I’d definitely recommend a wander if you’re new to the area (I’m happy to share some recommendations 😉).

Transport links are excellent:
• Stratford – 2 stops on the Central Line
• Leytonstone High Road Overground – short walk away
• Hackney – around 15 minutes
• Westminster – about 30 minutes
• King’s Cross / Euston – around 30–35 minutes

The living room is huge! We love a gaming sesh or movie night from time to time if our schedules allow for it. The kitchen has everything you would need (oven/stove, air fryer ect.)

If you’re interested, then tell us about yourself and what your availability is for viewings. The furniture in the room will be going but a bed will be provided (will be the Divan style bed, double with mattress) which is part of the property.
