I'm Gavroche, a history teacher working locally, and I'm looking for a lodger to share my spacious and welcoming flat in Leytonstone.

I'm fortunate to live in a part of London that offers a great balance of city access and green space, and I'm hoping to find someone who'll enjoy living here as much as I do.

The Room

The room is bright, high-ceilinged, and comfortably furnished with:

• Hanging wardrobe space
• Good privacy, as the room does not share a wall with my bedroom

The Flat

The flat is spacious, light, and homely rather than ultra-modern.

You'll have access to:

• Large shared living room with plenty of natural light
• 50-inch TV with sports, films, and entertainment subscriptions
• Fully equipped kitchen (oven, gas hob, washing machine, fridge, air fryer, etc.)
• Bathroom with over-bath shower and good water pressure
• Peaceful private garden

The living room gets fantastic natural light throughout the day and is a great space to relax or work from home.

Location

The flat is a 4-minute walk from Leytonstone Underground Station (Central Line), with Bank reachable in around 17 minutes.

I'm a history teacher, fairly active, and enjoy getting outdoors, watching sport, and occasionally playing basketball locally.

Home for me is somewhere to relax and recharge. I keep the flat clean and tidy and enjoy having a calm, friendly atmosphere.
