Leytonstone affordable room

Hello, we have a room available in our lovely Victorian terrace home in Leytonstone, room is available from 1st August.🏠

The house has a gorgeous garden 🪴 , a spacious kitchen, a basement with plenty of extra storage and a small spare room that we’ve used as a sitting room and are looking to furnish with more tables and chairs etc. We’re just a 5-minute walk to Leytonstone Tube 🚉 and the Suffragette Overground, in a peaceful and safe neighbourhood. There are some lovely pubs🍻 and restaurants nearby, plus a big Tesco and new Aldi within walking distance. We also have a really great landlord who is really super easy to deal with.💫

The room is almost unfurnished so you can really make it your own! We can provide a double bed frame, or you're welcome to bring your own bed if you prefer. It has an original (decorative) fireplace, lots of natural light, will be freshly painted & decorated for your arrival.✨

You would be living with Chatcha and Adriana, two creative girls who love fashion, pop culture, astrology and going to the gym!🧘‍♀️ We’d love to live with someone who’s easy going, considerate and brings a warm and balanced vibe to the house. We’re always down for a chat/debrief about the day but we also really value our own space/downtime.💅

Ideally looking for another female in their late 20s - early 30s who's kind and considerate.☺️

As the room is on the smaller side, it probably isn't the best fit if you work from home full-time, as there's limited space for a desk. We're not a party house, but we do enjoy having close friends and family over from time to time.
