Good-sized Double Room – Newly Refurbished

Good-sized double room available in a friendly 3-bedroom house.

We have a good-sized double room available in our lovely 3-bedroom house. The house has plenty of shared space, including a comfortable living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, basement and a studio. There is also a garden, which is perfect for relaxing, having BBQs and enjoying some outdoor time in the summer.

There are currently three of us living in the house: myself, an Italian woman, my French partner, and a French male housemate. At the end of September, we will also be welcoming a new family member — a kitten! 😻

Because of our kitten, we are looking for someone who genuinely likes animals and is not allergic to pet fur. Unfortunately, we cannot accept other pets, as we feel one pet is enough for the household.

We are looking for an easy-going, friendly and respectful person who is considerate of the people they live with and treats the house as their home.
