Hi there, I’m a landlord looking to rent out a double bedroom in my 2-bedroom new-build Leytonstone flat. The advertised price includes all bills. This room comes with a private bathroom and the flat has been recently renovated. The room has a wardrobe, 2 bedside tables, a desk, under bed storage and space for more furniture if needed. Flat has a large open plan living / dining and kitchen area, plus 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It’s a few minutes walk to Leyton Midland Station and a 15 minute walk to either Leytonstone or Leyton tube. Lots of great pubs, breweries, restaurants and cafes just a short walk away.

The current flatmate is a friendly female professional in her 30s. I’m looking for a tenant who is also a working professional, clean/tidy and respectful of shared spaces.
