Looking for someone to fill my room in an all girls 3 bed flat in Leyton Midland.

Rent: £775 a month
Bills: ~£150 - £200 a month, including fortnightly cleaner.

Good size double bedroom that comes furnished with a bed, 2 bedside tables and a wardrobe. Plenty of room for a desk and other furniture too. You’d be sharing a bathroom with one another.

The flat is lovely and spacious with open plan kitchen/dining room/ living room. We have a balcony which is great for a glass of wine in the summer! There’s also a small communal garden and a secure bike shed.

The flat is close to Tilbury Road and Francis Road. Both of which have coffee shops, wine bars, pubs and restaurants. There’s always something new opening in the area!

Leyton Midland Road station (Suffragette line) is less than a 5 minutes walk away, and Leytonstone (central line) is a 15/20 minute walk. The bus stop nearby takes you to Stratford and Walthamstow.

You’d be living with Ellie, 26 who works for a non-profit and Kate 29 who works in insurance. They both work hybrid.

We enjoy trips to the pub together and hosting the occasional wine night and traitors watch party. Looking for a friendly working professional of a similar age who is keen to make the flat a home but also has their own stuff going on. Must be queer/LGBT+ friendly.
