It is a safe area and only 4 minutes walk from Leytonstone tube and 2 stops from Stratford Westfield (and Elizabeth line). Great access to London on Central line (20 mins to Holborn) and the surrounding area and close to Lee Valley.

Nearby Wanstead flats - huge park - and Epping Forest surround us, and we are in the appealing Bushwood village area of Leytonstone with local The Red Lion pub serving real ales and excellent local food round the corner, live music and comedy at The Luna Lounge, and of course the shopping Mecca of Westfield close by, as well as a large Tesco supermarket, Aldi, M&S, Iceland and Sainsbury’s. Whipps Cross Hospital is just up the road. Wanstead with its boutiques, delis and restaurants (and new cinema complex) is only 15 minutes away, and Brick Lane, Bethnal Green and Shoreditch are in easy reach - only 15 minutes by tube. And, in 20 minutes, you can be in Central London thanks to the Central Line connection. You also benefit from the London overground from Leytonstone, the DLR and Jubilee lines from Stratford, and a whole host of connections from Liverpool Street which is only 4 stops.

And the Elisabeth Line from Stratford means you can be in the heart of the WestEnd in 13 mins.
