The house is near a high road with shops, supermarkets and local grocery stores, restaurants, pubs and cafés, but at the same time just a few steps away from a forest.

Room is located on the third and last floor of a family house. Furniture includes a double bed, bookshelf, desk, bedside table, wardrobe and large cabinet. Bathroom spacious (includes a bath) and is to be shared with a clean and proper flatmate. Kitchen is well-equipped with all utensils, appliances and white goods for common use.
