The property is a 3 storey town house in a very quiet close (So no through traffic at all) just off Leytonstone High Street and is about a six minute walk to Leytonstone Central Line station (two stops to Stratford where you have Westfield shopping centre and a further three stops into Liverpool Street on the central line or change at Stratford to the overground and very next stop is Liverpool Street). Alternatively you have Leytonstone overground station just a few minutes away on the high street.

One other room has it's own private en-suite shower, so only sharing the main bathroom with two others. Note there are also 2 toilets in the house.

Kitchen with all the usual modern appliances. There is also a separate communal lounge with 2 nice big comfortable sofa's and a huge Sony TV leading onto the garden area, which has a barbecue and a table and chairs.

Leytonstone is in Zone 3. Rent inc all the normal bills, gas, electricity, council tax, water, wireless broadband internet, cleaner and TV licence.

A cleaner comes in to clean all the communal areas twice a month (so she will not come into any bedrooms).
