The flat is in a building with concierge (8am-4pm weekdays), communal gym (24/7), patio (with bbq set) and roof terrace.

I am an Italian/British property valuer, 31 yo.
I speak English, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese. I enjoy exploring new areas of London, trying new restaurants and meeting new people. I love organising dinners at home with friends and being crafty.

There is potential for a parking lot in the building if necessary. I don’t have one but I know other residents are interested in letting their own.
