Double for professionals in Limehouse

Hello!!
I have lived in this property for 2 years and one of my flatmates is leaving :( we are looking for a chill and clean replacement to take her double room from Start of Sept.

The room comes with a double bed and wardrobe, aswell as a full size desk and space for more storage. There is a bathroom and toilet upstairs next to your room so its super convenient. The kitchen downstairs is quite big and the shower has recently been updated to have a waterfall feature:)

Theres a small lounge which we’re planning to make a wfh hub too! And there’s seating in the kitchen and plenty of green space nearby.

Our landlady is lovely and we’re really looking for someone to maintain the good vibes in the flat!

The location is probably the best part, 10 min walk to Canary Wharf, 15 to Limehouse and 20 mins to Mile end. If you cycle they’re all a 5 min trip.

Rent is 780 +bills, about 100 in the winter and 70ish in the summer. Professionals preferred please as we are both professionals and are after someone able to pay council tax with us. I repeat, no students.

We are 2 girls who have recently graduated and are both working in the city! Looking for females preferably.
