Double bed room in 4-bed flat Limehouse!

Hello and welcome to our ad!

Our lovely flatmate Pearl is unfortunately (for us) moving out, so Julia, Ana and I are in the lookout for a new person to come live with us!

The flat is a 4-bedroom ground-floor flat with a large wrap around terrace. We also have an open living room/kitchen and 1 bathroom (to share between 3, although never an issue as we have different work from home days/wake up at different times). The room has a double bed that comes furnished with a wardrobe and desk. There is also a side table and storage under the bed. We also have concierge, who will take in any/all deliveries (so you don’t need to be home), and we also have a roof terrace/garden which is perfect for chilling on and sunbathing over summer!

A bit about us: We're all in our late 20s, Ana is from Italy and works in marketing, Juilia’s from Korea and works at Sony and I was born in London but grew up in Malaysia and now work in Strategy – so a really fun and diverse household!

We have independent lives and are respectful of each other’s space but are also up for a good chat if you are! We are looking for a like-minded individual who is friendly, respectful and likes to keep the house in a decent condition.

A bit about the area: We are 7 mins walk from both Limehouse and Westferry stations, and about 15 minutes from the Canary Wharf Elizabeth line. You can also get a bus from right outside our house into Liverpool Street/Bank and all the way over to Trafalgar Square! We’re also 4 mins walk from a big LIDL, gym 5 mins away, cinema 10 mins away, and parks nearby. We’re also by the canal, so if you’re a runner it’s a gorgeous route!

- Rent is £740 pcm
- Bills are approx. £150 pcm
- Deposit: £1k
- You will be added onto your own individual contract with our landlord. She’s been wonderful throughout the years and is incredibly quick when we’ve had any issues/things that need fixing around the house!
