Large double room in Limehouse ✨🌱

Hi everyone!

We are looking for a third person to take over my room as I am sadly moving away from London. This house has been a home for more than 2 years and I hope it can be a lovely home for you as well.

The room:
Spacious double bedroom, furnished. Comes with king size bed with built in storage, clothing rack, sofa, TV and space for a desk if you work from home.

The house:
The house is an old Georgian terraced property. It has a small bright kitchen overlooking the garden, storage room (a massive luxury in London), living room and a shared bathroom. The house comes part furnished and you are welcome to bring furniture, decor and any trinkets that will make it feel like your home.

The bills:
Monthly, we each pay around £145. This has only gone up by £15 in the last two years. We are in council tax Band E.

The area:
The house is really well located, with the DLR and C2C being a five minute walk away. There local buses going towards Canary Wharf and the City. Canary Wharf is a 20 minute walk away if you prefer walks along the river!

About the existing housemates:
You will be sharing with two lovely girls, Becca and Gülsen. Becca loves to read, travel and spends her weekends exploring all the great things London has to offer. Gülsen loves films, board games and makes killer desserts! They both work from the office most days, with occasional working from home. The house never feels crowded which is another huge plus given how busy London can feel.
