Lovely room available in E14 from June onwards 🤍

My current roommate is moving out of our lovely 2-bed flat, so I’m looking for someone to take over her room from June onwards.

As this is not a sublet, you would be officially replacing her on the tenancy contract, so a deposit will be required.

The flat is in an amazing location right by the river:
• 5-minute walk to Limehouse DLR
• 2–3 minutes to the gym, Tesco, and local shops
• Around 10–15 minutes walk to Canary Wharf

Bills (including council tax, water, electricity, gas, and WiFi) usually come to around £130 per person monthly.

The room comes furnished with:
• Bed
• Wardrobe
• Clothing rack
• Black drawer unit next to the dressing table

There’s also a small storage room right next to the bedroom which would fully belong to you, perfect for extra clothes, or any other personal belongings.

The flat has one spacious bathroom with a bathtub and plenty of storage space for all the little extras.

The kitchen is fully equipped with pretty much everything you’d need including an espresso machine, air fryer, blender, etc. We also currently don’t have a TV as we use a projector instead. I’d also be very happy to redecorate or refresh parts of the flat together to make the space feel like home for both of us 🪽

I’m 27, from Turkey, and I’ve been living in the UK for almost 5 years. I work in marketing and work from home 4 days a week.

I don’t smoke personally, but I don’t mind if you do. Just not inside the shared living spaces (balcony is absolutely fine). ☺️
