I'm sadly leaving my gorgeous room and lovely flatmates for a new home in the south west

The room is a spacious double with lots of natural light and comes with a built-in wardrobe, standing drawers, bed and bedside table. There’s also storage space in the bed base and the room come with a desk if needs be.

The flat has a great living and dining space, comfortable kitchen and bathroom with separate toilet. We have a 24/7 doorman, so the building feels really safe and secure. Most importantly there’s a bar cart and an inflatable alien we’ve named Allen 👽

The flat is right next to a cute little park with the skyline of Canary Wharf behind it. It’s in the heart of the docklands, with lovely canal routes to Victoria park and the local lidl (currently full of baby ducklings! - the canal not the lidl) There’s loads of great pubs nearby, including the infamous Grapes owned by gandolf himself.

You’ll be living with Henry and James- two Aussies in their early 30s who both work as engineers (so can fix anything that needs doing round the flat!) They’re social, easygoing and great fun to live with! Looking for someone similarly friendly who’s a good vibe fit for the house.

As for the boring bits, bills average around £100/month (Tax band C) and the rent hasn’t gone up in 3 years. The landlord is very chill and the tenancy is managed through a reputable private agency.
