Room available in lovely Limehouse flat

A room has become available in our 3 bed flat in Limehouse. The flat is located on the third floor, and there is a lift in the building. The flat has lots of amenities including dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. The kitchen is also fully stocked with high quality items. One of the rooms is an en-suite so you'll only be sharing the bathroom with one other person.

The flat itself is located right next to Limehouse Basin, a 5 min walk from Limehouse station and a 20 min walk to Canary Wharf. There is also a Tesco Express and Lidl very close to here. Bills usually come out to around £125 a month.

The flatmates:

Theo (he/him), aged 36 and gay. Originally from New Zealand, works as a software engineer.

Vaibhav (he/him), aged 34 and gay. Originally from India, works as a business analyst.

Both are clean and friendly people looking for the same. General vibe of the flat is chill but everyone has a chat when they see each other.

The letting agent does do a reference check, but nothing crazy. You can also leave the tenancy agreement at any point, just need to pay a £50 admin fee. Move in date is any time from now until 4th July, I’m pretty flexible with this.
