The current tenant is relocating overseas, so the move-in date is flexible between 15–25 August 2026.

Outside of work, he's sociable, enjoys good food, catching up over a pint, and generally keeps things easy-going around the flat.

The atmosphere at home is relaxed and friendly. We're looking for someone who enjoys a clean, comfortable living space and is happy to have the occasional chat while also respecting each other's independence. Professionals preferred.
