Looking for a fun-loving and tidy flatmate to rent the second bedroom in our flat! The room’s available since our flatmate moved countries for work :(

The flat is 5 mins from Limehouse station, with C2C and DLR services to Central & 4 mins to Canary Wharf. Very easy to access central London!

The flat itself is in a gated community and pretty safe. The room is pretty spacious and the wardrobe has ample storage as well! There’s a lovely courtyard area with a cute waterfall :)

The rent is £1400 including council tax and water, electricity, wifi and gas is extra. The bills come to around 50-100 per person depending on usage, so not a lot!

We’ve been living here for 9 months and it’s been really pleasant so far. We’re looking for someone who can keep the vibes going, as it has been a social household with the occasional movie/games night. We’ve got decent board games and a Nintendo switch :)

About us:

We’re a couple who came here for our Master’s at UAL and both of us work in advertising and engineering respectively!
I work from home 2 days a week, where are my partner has to go in everyday. So you pretty much have the space to yourself during the day.

Looking to fill in the room as soon as possible as it’s available immediately.
