Hi – I’m looking for someone to become a flatmate in my two-bedroom duplex apartment.

The apartment is a bright top-floor duplex with an open-plan dining/lounge area. The river and Limehouse Marina are just a couple of minutes' walk away.

The room itself is a generous corner bedroom with an en-suite shower room and its own enclosed balcony space. It comes furnished with a double bed and mattress, two wardrobes, and a bedside table with drawers, leaving plenty of room for a desk (not included).

The duplex apartment features a shared upper floor with a kitchen, balcony, and open-plan dining/lounge area, benefiting from a top-floor position with views down Narrow Street and towards Canary Wharf.
The river and Limehouse Marina are just a couple of minutes' walk away, with great walks along the river path and around the marina basin.
The DLR station is a 6-minute walk away, with direct journeys of approximately 10 minutes to Bank, 10 minutes to Canary Wharf, and 20 minutes to the West End.
The two bedrooms are located on the first floor, providing a good separation between private and shared spaces.

A little about me:
I like to keep myself busy (especially with chartership studies until the end of the year), so I’m not someone who lounges around often.
That said, I’m relaxed, enjoy a good social, and am always up for a chat.
I enjoy cooking and am always happy to share a meal. I’m in the office at least four days a week and otherwise tend to work from my bedroom desk.

£1,450 per month including all bills.
