Hello! We’re Chumba and Keira, a working professional and a final year PhD student in our late 20s looking for a like-minded flatmate to join our warm and vibrant home in Limehouse.

About the Flat:

A bright, double with a comfy bed, mattress, wardrobe, and shelves. There’s great under-bed storage and shared storage elsewhere in the flat.

- Modern, well-insulated building with lift and concierge.
- Dishwasher, washing machine, super-fast fibre broadband
- Great (hot and cold) water pressure and natural light

Open plan living room/dining area and spacious outdoor terrace area with BBQ. There is a separate communal roof top terrace on our floor, it is currently under construction but should be finished in early autumn.

About Us:

Chumba is a bubbly and easy-going working professional. She loves exploring London, travelling, hiking, eating out and watching movies.
Keira is a PhD student at UCL studying rare diseases. She enjoys food, karaoke and sports.
We’re out at work most weekdays (3–5 days a week in-office).

The Area

- 6 mins walk to Limehouse DLR (6 min-ride to Bank)
- 7 mins to buses to Mile End, Victoria Park, Hackney
- Tesco Express + Lidl within 5 min walks
- Near Regent’s Canal and Limehouse Basin for runs/walks
- Pubs and cafes we love: Yurt Café, The Grapes (Ian McKellen’s), Bread Street Kitchen (Ramsay), Craft Beer Co.

Who We’re Looking For:

Someone considerate, clean, and friendly. We keep a cleaning rota for shared spaces and expect everyone to do their bit—but otherwise, we’re relaxed and open-hearted. In office candidates preferred.

Move-in date: End of september/Start of October
Rent & bills: £915 GBP per month, no deposit required.
