Your Master Bedroom.

I’m looking for a new flatmate, or couple, to move into the second bedroom in my two-bed flat in Limehouse, as my current flatmates are moving out.

The flat is on the 11th floor with fantastic views across East London and towards Canary Wharf, and the bedroom towards the city. The flat has a huge balcony which is probably my favourite part of the place. It’s great for having friends over, eating outside in summer, or just sitting out with a drink in the evening. Great view of the London Marathon too.

Inside, there’s a spacious open-plan living and dining area with plenty of room to relax or work from home occasionally, plus a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washer/dryer. The flat comes furnished.

The available room is the larger double bedroom and has its own private en-suite bathroom, a double bed, bedside table and large floor-to-ceiling three-door wardrobe. There’s also plenty of space for a desk if you work from home.

A little about me: I’m 31 and work as an architect in London. I’ve lived here for a few years and really like the flat, so I’m hoping to find someone sociable, considerate and easy-going who wants it to feel like a home rather than just somewhere to sleep. I’m happy doing my own thing, but equally enjoy a drink, dinner or the occasional evening hanging out in the flat.

The location is brilliant. Canary Wharf is less than a 15-minute walk away along the river, Limehouse DLR is close by, and there are plenty of shops, cafés, pubs and useful amenities nearby. It’s very easy to get into central London too. The area is up and coming and I have had no problems walking home from Tower Hill each evening.

The advertised rent is for a couple, but I’m also happy to discuss rent for single occupancy. Bills will be divided equally by number of occupants. Water is included in the rent.

References and landlord approval will be required.
