Bright spacious room in a 3 bed flat - Westferry

We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our lovely 3-bedroom flat in Limehouse.

The room is a double bedroom coming with all the furniture in the photos. And a separate toilet to yourself.
Rent is £984pcm plus bills which are around £120 each a month

You’ll be sharing with two girls, aged 22 and 26, both working in corporate jobs. We’re friendly, clean and sociable, and looking for someone who’s similar: ideally someone who enjoys having a chat or grabbing a drink together, but also respects each other’s space.

Me and the current house mate love to sit in the living room after work for a chat, cook together and be sociable around the house.

Limehouse is a great spot for getting around London, with westferry DLR and C2C nearby, as well as easy access to Canary Wharf and central London. There are also plenty of shops with Tesco and Lidl around the corner, cafés, pubs and restaurants nearby.

We’re looking for someone who is clean, considerate and easy-going, ideally someone in their mid- late 20s and working full-time. Someone who is up for a chat, to watch tv and an all around friendly person.
