En-suite Master Bedroom 15 Mins from Bank

I’m sadly moving out of my current flat, so we’re looking for someone lovely to take over my room and live with my flatmate, Aarushi. I’ve lived here for 2.5 years so can definitely vouch for it!

The Flat:
* Rent: £1237.50 per month excluding bills (approx £150 per month on bills)
* Master bedroom with en-suite
* 24/7 Concierge
* Balcony with a lot of natural light
* Lots of storage (more than we know what to do with!)
* 4 minute walk to Limehouse station, which is 2 stops from Bank and Cansry Wharf on the DLR, 1 stop to Fenchurch Street Station on the c2c

A little about Aarushi - she’s 26, a trained psychotherapist, currently looking to start a full-time role by December. She was born in India and brought up in Singapore, and has been living in London for 2 years.

There is a chance Aarushi might dogsit once every few months (but she expects to stop once her full-time job begins). So if you’re comfy with dogs in the flat that would be perfect!

The kind of person we think would be a good fit is someone who:
* Is a woman, ideally in her mid-20s
* Is working full-time and earning around £40k per year OR has a guarantor
* Is clean, tidy and respectful of shared spaces
* Has a good vibe and is easy to naturally chat to
