My flatmate is moving out of my current flat after 2.5 years, so I’m looking for someone lovely to take over her room and live with me!

The Flat:
* Rent: £1237.50 per month excluding bills (approx £150 per month on bills)

* Available December 1st

* Master bedroom with en-suite

* 24/7 Concierge

* Balcony with a lot of natural light

* Lots of storage (more than we know what to do with!)

* Location: 4 minute walk to Limehouse station, which is 2 stops from Bank and Cansry Wharf on the DLR, 1 stop to Fenchurch Street Station on the c2c

A little about me - I’m 26, a trained psychotherapist, currently looking to start a full-time role by December. I was born in India and brought up in Singapore, and have been living in London for 2 years.

The kind of person we think would be a good fit is someone who:

* Is a woman, ideally in her mid-20s

* Is working full-time and earning around £40k per year OR has a guarantor

* Is clean, tidy and respectful of shared spaces
