A spacious double room is becoming available in our lovely, modern two-bedroom flat overlooking the Limehouse Cut canal. My current flatmate is sadly moving back home to live with her boyfriend, so I’m looking for a new gal to share the flat with!

The flat is on the second floor and has a lovely bright, spacious feel. The available room comes furnished with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables, with plenty of additional space if you have your own furniture or would like to add a desk (will get a few more pics of the bedroom up soon!)

The flat also has a shared bathroom, a good-sized living room with two sofas and TV, a private balcony overlooking the canal, and generous communal storage space.

📍 Location

The location is brilliant, it’s a pretty quiet area but with plenty nearby .

• Around 8 minutes’ walk to Westferry DLR.
•~15 minutes’ walk to the Elizabeth line.
• Canary Wharf is around a 10-minute walk away, with loads of restaurants, bars, shops, gyms, etc.
• Bartlett Park is just around the corner, with Mile End Park also within easy reach.
• A few lovely local pubs are within a 10-minute walk.

A bit about me

I’m Órla, Irish and work as a dietitian in the NHS, fairly busy during the week but like to make the most of my weekends/ evenings outside of work! I enjoy keeping active (gym, tennis, bachata/ salsa being a more recent addition lol), exploring London, going out for drinks with friends, etc

I’m looking for someone fun, easygoing and sociable who enjoys a friendly, happy home, but equally respects each other's space and downtime.

I'm quite keen to keep the place clean, tidy and homely, so ideally looking for someone who is equally considerate and happy to do their bit around the flat. It's been a happy, cosy flatshare so far, and hopefully can continue that .

Ideally looking for someone who works outside the home for at least part of the week, rather than full time from home

💰 Rent & deposit

• Rent: £850 per month, including all bills (no additional bills to pay).
• Deposit: £850.

🗓️ Availability

Available from 25 November (but happy to hold out for a couple weeks to find the right fit). Hoping to start viewings from 8th November
