Unfortunately I am moving away and this is an ad for my current flatmate.
He is a 26 yo professional working near Bank. Very easy-going and respectful. He travels decent amount and likes to cook on the weekend.
£820/month (negotiable) with around £100 for all bills on top of that.

The building is new with concierge, elevator, CCTV, etc. We are on the 4th floor facing the greenery downstairs.
You would get the big esperare bathroom (not en suite) and we have a large living room and kitchen.
The flat is equipped with washing machine - no dryer sorry :( -, dish washer, oven, and fridge/freezer. We bought a microwave and cattle which will stay.
We rent from an agency so there is some admin fee associated with contract name swap and deposite.
