I’m looking for someone to take over our amazing 2 bed / 2 bath flat in Limehouse. It’s a bright, modern place with a balcony overlooking the basin – perfect for morning coffee or evening chill time.

You’d be taking over the current contract, with the option to extend through the agency if you love it here (which you probably will!).

Deposit: £1,850

Bills: around £150–£200 a month split equally

Council Tax: £211/month split equally

Parking: There’s a space included – can be rented out if you don’t need it

🛏️ The Rooms

Room 1: Ensuite Part-furnished – current tenant can leave the bed, mattress, adjustable study desk, chair (for a small cost) if you want to keep things easy

Room 2: Fully furnished and ready to go

The living room is super cosy and nicely done up. The current tenant’s happy to leave most of the furniture and kitchen stuff (vacuum, sofa, cookware, etc.) for free – so you can just move straight in!

Private balcony with lovely Limehouse Basin views – great little bonus spot for summer evenings.
