Hello! I am moving abroad for work for a few months, so I am looking for someone to take over my room in a 2-person flatshare from June 1st to the end of November.

The room itself is 12sqm/120sqft and fully furnished with a double bed, desk, a small shelf for documents and knick knacks, a chest of drawers and a large built-in wardrobe. In other words, there is plenty of storage space.

In addition to this, the flat has a large sitting room, also fully furnished, a kitchen, and a bathroom, as well as some extra storage cupboards in the hallway. There is a small Juliette balcony as well as access to a terrace shared with the other people in the building. You would be sharing all of this with one other flatmate, 24, who works at a City law firm. In his free time, he likes to go for long runs along the canal, read sci-fi, and spend time with his parents' collie.

The flat is 2 minutes walk from Limehouse Basin, 5 minutes from Stepney Beach, and close to both Regent's Canal and Limehouse Cut. This makes the area lovely to live in, with lots of options for walks and, come summer, picnics!

We are also about 2 minutes walk from Limehouse Station (DLR). The commute to Liverpool Street Station is about 20mins, and Canary Wharf is 15mins away. Queen Mary University is 20mins away by bus and less than 10mins by bike, and we are right on the CS3 cycling super highway! King's and LSE are about 30mins away. The location would therefore suit a young professional or a student.

The rent is £900 pcm, which includes all bills (water, gas, electricity, WiFi, council tax), and the deposit is £900.
