Double room available in a lovely Limehouse flat

Our flatmate is sadly moving out of this gorgeous flat to be closer to work (that’s been her home for 3+ years!!) and we are looking for a girl to replace her!

You’d be living with two young female professionals, one works in tech for a sports firm, the other one in finance.

• Move-in Date: Mid November
• Lease: Rolling lease with new renters rights act. Original contract until Dec (we have renewed 3 times)
• Rent: £995 per month (+ bills roughly £100-150 depending on water/energy etc)
• Transport: 3 min walk to Limehouse DLR (2 stops from Bank), great connections to the City, Canary Wharf and Shoreditch with many bus routes.

About the Flat & Bedroom
Flat with a large entryway, living room, and kitchen (pictures below). We have a balcony and a utility room with a washer/dryer, and storage space. The bedroom is a room with a wardrobe, double bed, a chest of drawers, and floor space for a desk and chair. The bathroom is shared with one other girl.

About Us & Who We’re Looking For
One of us works in finance, while the other works in tech for a sports firm. We love having chill nights in, but we also enjoy chatting and sometimes cooking together. We’re looking for a flatmate who shares that vibe, ideally around 23-29, working full-time and either office-based or hybrid. Unfortunately no students. Please note that our landlord requests reference checks, proof of income etc.

About the Area
We’ve got gorgeous views of the basin and the city from the balcony. When it comes to amenities, you’ll find everything you need close by: Tesco, Lidl, Sainsbury’s, cute nail salons and cafes (The Yurt is our go-to!). And for the gym girlies, we are a 2 min walk from Pure Gym and 10 mins from Third Space and Virgin Active.
