Suitable for someone who's okay with old fashioned flat, with live in landlady. My mother is an introvert and spends most days in the flat, keeping herself to herself. She is a bit of an eccentric lady and we are looking for someone compatible.

Message from Live in Landlady:
"Dear prospective tenant,

I am offering a room to rent in my apartment, where I also live. I am a peaceful person and value a calm and quiet environment, so I am looking for someone who feels comfortable with the following arrangements:
- Please, no visitors or friends staying over or coming to socialize in the flat.
- Unfortunately, as the flat is quite small, I am unable to accommodate tenants with children or pets.

You will have your own bedroom and keys, and complete freedom to come and go as you wish. You are welcome to stay either for a short or a long period, depending on your needs.

At the moment, I am going through a slightly difficult period financially, so I am renting the room to help with some expenses. My rent is reasonably priced compared to other landlords, as I prefer to keep things simple and affordable. The flat is not luxuriously decorated, but it is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I regularly do small improvements to make the place pleasant.

The rent is a fixed amount — not negotiable at the moment — and includes the following:
- Electricity, gas and wifi bills
- Regular cleaning of the flat
- Use of washing machine and dryer
