Hi, I'm Charlie! I have a furnished room available in my spacious three-bedroom flat, located right in central London. I am a 45 year old pro pianist, who gigs in nearby hotels, and sometimes aboard.. the other flatmate, Kalvin is a retail store manager in his early 20's.(would be three of us in total with yourself) it's a quiet and clean flat. We get on well and respect each others space. Sometimes we have our girlfriends stay or we have friends over, but mostly we work, shower eat and sleep! – t’s a welcoming and well-kept flat with a great vibe. You would have your own private, fully furnished room with all bills included: utilities, council tax, and high-speed internet as well as access to shared spaces: Fully equipped kitchen (with a, washing machine, etc.)
There is a shared bathroom and separate toilet, comfortable communal living room with sofa, dining table, and chairs.
The flat is in a fantastic central location with excellent transport links We're just a 5-minute walk from a classic London street market as well as Regents park..
