There’s one double room available in a 2-bedroom flat. Location is super convenient - Marylebone is 5m by foot and Baker Street is about 10m.

About your room:
- The room is a bright double bedroom
- Price is £1,200 per month, with all bills included (wifi, council tax, gas, electricity, etc).
-There’s a big shared living room & dining area
- you’ll be sharing bathroom with just 1 other tenant (me)

About the flat:
The flat is a top-floor flat with lots of natural light and a really calm, cosy feel. It has a shared kitchen, living room, bathroom and separate toilet.

About me:
I’m 23 and work in asset management, and currently study for a work qualification, so busy most of the evenings. Outside of work I’m into volleyball, cooking and running, and currently trying to convince myself to become a cyclist too 🚴‍♀️

I’m training for a duathlon at the moment, so my evenings are usually fairly busy with gym sessions or training, but I’m very easy-going and sociable. I’d love to find someone chilled, respectful and friendly who’s happy to create a comfortable home atmosphere rather than just sharing a space.

About you:
I’m looking for a female working professional who is clean, considerate and easy to communicate with. Ideally someone independent but also happy to occasionally chat, cook together or just enjoy a friendly flat dynamic.
