En-suite near Edgware Rd station

Looking for someone to take over my lease. I am sadly moving out of my well loved en-suite in Lisson Grove in November and looking for someone to take over my tenancy until 6th September 2027 (lease break 6th February 2027). I am not the landlord so I will give the information of the landlord once contacted.

There are a lot of house mates but everyone is very friendly and likes to keep to themselves, so it’s quite a quiet house. Most of the house is made up of older professionals and a few uni students. We all take pride in cleaning up after ourselves.
