I have a large bedroom available in two bedroom flat in Little Venice/Maida Vale, available from mid September (tenancy start date can be flexible). Located on the fourth floor of a lovely town house building, with a nice little terrace, the flat is in great condition as it has been refurbished last year, and comes fully furnished! Access to private communal park included.

Located 2 mins from Warwick Avenue and 10 mins from Paddington, it’s the perfect location to get to central London with a 15 mins commute to Oxford Circus. The flat is conveniently close to Clifton Road where you can find all the typical shops you might need (supermarkets, pharmacy, bakery, etc).

About me - I am 28, French and have lived in London for about 3 years now. I am architect and tend to work in the office most days, with the occasional wfh day! My current flatmate and I were super lucky to find this gem of a flat last year and I have absolutely loved living here and glad to call this place a home. Ideally would love to find someone who is tidy and respectful of the space, keen for a glass of wine or dinner once in a while. This isn’t a party flat but we have hosted some lovely dinner parties over the past year so would be keen to keep that going too☺️

The total rent for the two rooms comes up to £3000 - the current split is £1700 (room available) / £1300 (my room) as the smaller room is significantly smaller, but happy to review the split if the fit is right!
