We have one very nice ensuite bedroom available in this beautiful house - It's available from end of March.

It is a great 4-bedroom house located next to Kilburn Park tube station (2 mins walk) with a very friendly and warm atmosphere.

The property consists of 4 fully furnished bedrooms, all double with good size. There is a nice and large Kitchen with dining space, with all appliances and utensils provided.
There is in total 3 bathrooms - 2 ensuites and 1 shared family bathroom.

All the services are provided.
Bills (Gas, Electricity, Water), Council Tax, and Internet.

Our properties are serviced weekly by professional cleaning companies. They clean the kitchen, bathrooms and all other communal areas.
We also manage the property, which means you can contact us 24/7 in case you have any issues.

Your new housemates will be a mix of working professionals between 23 and 38 years old. We keep a balance between guys and girls.

As we want to keep and maintain the current warm and nice Flatsharing vibe, we make sure all new profile fits with the current ones in order to have people happy to live together :)
