Hi! I'm Niamh.
I'm looking for a lodger to share my fantastic light-filled flat in Warwick Avenue.
The flat is super central: 2 minutes walk from Warwick Avenue station (bakerloo line), 10 minutes walk to Paddington (elizabeth, circle, district, hammersmith & city), and a 20 minute bus ride to soho/oxford street.
It is one of the quietest, safest, and leafiest parts of Central London. It's also within walking distance to shops, cafés, restaurants, and right next to the beautiful Little Venice canal. A little further afield are the open green spaces of Regent's Park and Hyde Park. And right next door is Clifton Nurseries - a beautiful garden centre which gives it a great view.
The flat itself has high ceilings and large windows. There is AMAZING light which comes through to the sitting room and kitchen and to this bedroom in particular. There is a shared kitchen, shared bathroom and high-speed internet. Bills, including council tax, internet, electricity/gas etc are included.
A little about me: I split my time between London and Rome so you’d have plenty of space. I work in arts/international relations, love languages, films, meeting new people. Often planning adventures around London or further afield. I grew up in London but have also lived in Italy, Hong Kong and Mexico.
I'm looking for a female flatmate, late 20s to early 40s, who'll enjoy this flat as much as I do. Please get in touch with a short intro and let's see if we click!
